DC Commercial Property Tax Survey
CNHED’s Neighborhood Commercial Corridor Working Group is surveying local and small, independently-owned storefront businesses to gauge the rising cost of commercial property taxes on their business. The working group is also interested in your feedback to identify and propose recommendations to address the rising cost of commercial property taxes.
We value and need your input to help us develop an agenda that focuses on building and strengthening the District’s commercial corridor, and ensuring businesses can afford to remain in the District. The survey is short, and will only take a few minutes to complete. The survey will close on Friday, November 10th.
