CHAMPS 2nd Annual Holiday Sip & Shop was a truly fun and successful evening.  We saw over 175 Capitol Hill neighbors and friends come out to enjoy our local retail businesses.  Next year we promise longer shopping hours and further opportunities to engage with all CHAMPS member segments.
