Now that so many people are working from home, we’re managing teams or connecting with clients from our living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchen tables. Some of us have never managed this way before, nor have we used videoconferencing technology as frequently as we are now.

Our discussion focused on how to host an effective videoconference and tips and tricks for running your business remotely. Presenters Jesse and Claudia Rauch have two strong backgrounds in remote work. Jesse Rauch is currently VP of Federal Sales at Active Navigation, and has led remote-working teams for 12 years. Claudia Rauch has a startup, Forget Me Not ai, in which she manages a completely remote team of developers.
