CHAMPS is pleased to announce Michael Warner, co-founder of DCanter, has joined the CHAMPS Board of Directors.  His finance background and Capitol Hill business experience make him a great addition!

Michael D. Warner is the co-founder and COO of DCanter – A Wine Boutique. At DCanter, Michael manages all day-to-day operations and teaches a wide range of wine classes. Prior to opening DCanter, Michael spent ten years in the insurance industry where he underwrote and brokered commercial property and casualty policies to public and not-for-profit entities, including municipalities, school districts, and universities. He received a Master of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts from Davidson College. Michael and his wife, Michelle, have been Capitol Hill residents since 2006.
